HOW TO RETURN PRODUCTS

Products must be returned in their original packaging and must arrive “as new” without any damage to the Product or Product packaging. The products must be returned to Lord Trading S.r.l. c/o HPS s.r.l. Via Sardegna, 1, 20056 GREZZAGO (MI), without undue delay and in any case within 14 (fourteen days) from the date on which you communicated to Lord Trading S.r.l. your decision to withdraw from the contract.

The Products must be returned to Lord Trading S.r.l. in their substantial integrity, with their original packaging, accessories, instructions for use and anything else supplied with them, by post to the following address: Lord Trading S.r.l. c/o HPS s.r.l. Via Sardegna, 1, 20056 GREZZAGO (MI). The Customer shall be responsible for any cost related to the shipping of a returned Product.

Lord Trading S.r.l. only accepts correctly addressed parcels or registered letters.

In compliance with the provisions of article 57, paragraph 1, of the Italian Consumer Code, the Customer will have to pay the return costs, including a return management commission equal to 10% of the purchase price.

REFUND IN CASE OF WITHDRAWAL

Once you have exercised the right of withdrawal, within the terms and according to the methods established for the return of the products, you will be able to obtain at your choice, as requested at the time of sending the withdrawal notice:

- reimbursement of the amount paid for the returned products, by re-crediting the relevant sum via the payment method used, after deduction of the shipping costs and return commission equal to 10%;

- a credit of an amount equal to the price of the products returned in the form of an Online Voucher, which can only be used on the Site.

The refund of the product price (or the provision of the Online Voucher) will take place within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of your notice of withdrawal. Lord Trading S.r.l. can withhold the refund or wait to issue the Online Voucher until it has received the return of the products covered by the canceled order or until you have demonstrated that you have sent the products back, depending on which situation occurs first.

If the returned products show damage or signs of wear resulting from handling that is not necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, Lord Trading S.r.l. may withhold from the refund an amount corresponding to their decrease in value, the shipping costs and a commission for return management.
