SHIPPING

We ship throughout Italy (including the Republic of San Marino and the Vatican City State) and throughout Europe (including the United Kingdom and Switzerland).

For shipments of our products we rely on the following transport companies:

- GLS and BRT for Italy (including the Republic of San Marino and the Vatican City State);

- DHL, DPD and FedEx for deliveries outside Italian territory but still in the European Union.


TIME FOR TAKING CHARGE OF THE ORDER

Normally, orders are generally processed within 48 hours of receiving the order, except for public holidays. Once the order is taken over, it is prepared for shipping and entrusted to the courier who will deliver it according to the option chosen at checkout.

We do everything possible to process orders as quickly as possible but during promotional activities, approaching holidays and new product launches, processing times could reasonably be longer.


SHIPPING METHODS, COSTS AND TIMES

  • For shipping to Italy (including the Republic of San Marino and the Vatican City State) delivery of the order generally takes place in 2-5 working days at a cost of 10.00 Euros. If the value of the order, net of shipping costs, exceeds Euro 59.00, the shipping costs are free;
  • For shipping to the European Union the following shall apply:
    •  Area 1 (Austria, Belgium, Croatia, France, Germany, Luxembourgh, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain), delivery of the order generally takes place in 4-10 working days at a cost of Euro 24.00. If the value of the order, net of shipping costs and any customs duties, exceeds Euro 175.00 , the shipping costs are free;
    • Area 2 (Czechia, Denmark, Greece, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia): delivery of the order generally takes place in 4-10 working days at a cost of Euro 24.00. If the value of the order, net of shipping costs and any customs duties, exceeds Euro 190.00, the shipping costs are free;
    • Area 3 (Bulgaria, Cipro, Estonia, Finland, Irland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Romania, Sweden): delivery of the order generally takes place in 4-10 working days at a cost of Euro 36.00, if the value of the order, net of shipping costs and any customs duties, exceeds Euro 250.00, the shipping costs are free.

Shipments are made on working days, from Monday to Friday. No shipments are made on Italian public holidays. We remind you that the timing is indicative and may be subject to change.


ORDER TRACKING

Each order is assigned a unique tracking code, generated by the transport company visible in the shipping confirmation email and in the user account, if created. To track your package, please use the tracking code provided, entering it directly on the website of the transport company responsible for delivering the order. The tracking code generally becomes active 24-48 working hours after receiving the shipment confirmation email.

DELIVERY PROBLEMS

If problems arise with the shipment, we invite you to contact the transport company responsible for delivering the order to the contact details provided at the following addresses:

by explaining the situation and indicating the shipment tracking code that we have provided, the operator of the transport company in charge will surely be able to find an adequate solution.


TAXES AND DUTIES

Import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer and will be charged to the customer, including any fees due to transport companies if the goods are ordered from our website. Unfortunately, we have no control over these costs, as they are imposed by the local customs office and we are therefore unable to offer assistance with these procedures. We recommend that you check the import charges applicable in any country before ordering products for delivery to that country.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you have purchased a product on our site, you can exercise the right of withdrawal, i.e. decide to return the product, without having to provide any reason and without any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) days from acquiring physical possession of the package containing the product ordered or, in the case of the purchase of multiple goods ordered in a single order and delivered separately, from the acquisition of physical possession of the last product purchased.

If you have purchased a service, you will still be able to exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the email confirming your order, provided that the provision of this service has not yet been completed. Any Gift Card/Gift Card, where available, is considered as a service.


EXCLUSIONS OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal in the cases provided for by article 59 of the Consumer Code, including:

- In case of purchase of clearly personalized goods;

- In case of purchase of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons, such as cosmetics, or related to health protection, which have been opened after delivery.


HOW TO EXERCISE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you want to exercise the right of withdrawal in relation to the purchase of products that do not fall within the exclusions set out above, you must inform Lord Trading S.r.l. of your intention to withdraw from the contract, by sending a communication via registered mail. sent to the address: P.zza Cavour 3, 20121 Milan (MI) or via PEC to the address lordtrading@legalmail.it. To this end, you can use the standard withdrawal form provided for in Annex I part B of the Consumer Code, with the following content:

□ a credit of an amount equal to the price of the returned products in the form of an Online Voucher, usable only on the site
